Name: Kekoa Chung
ebay user: Kekoa64

Hometown: Kailua, Oahu
Nickname: The house (Because "the house" always wins)

Q: Where did you grow up?
A: On the east side of Oahu, Hawaii. Better known as Kailua.

Q: How was life growing up?
A: It was a great, I love Kailua. I one day plan to raise my kids here.

Q: Big Family?
A: Somewhat, I have 2 brothers and 1 sister.

Q: Who is your hero?
A: That would have to be my dad. Extremely hardworking, caring, and loyal to whatever he is doing. He is old fashion in when he gives someone his word, he sticks to it, that's huge in my book. Not a lot of people still have standards like that. He is also a super businessman, a characteristic that I hope rubs off on me. He is the type of man that can get anything done, no matter what it takes, he can get it done. If I can be half the man he is, I will be content.

Q: What about your mom?

A: My mom was the most loving person I knew, she was the best mom a kid could ask for.  I miss her a lot, she lost her battle with cancer.  She was also an entrepreneur and a very hard worker.  I remember her waking up really early so that she could wake us up for school, then coming home and seeing her in her office working hard.  I really wish I could've spent more time with her.  I love you mom.

Q: What's your ethnic background?
A: I'm a mixture of Hawaiian, Tahitian, Chinese, Korean, Irish

Q: What inspires you?
A: People that have drive and those that believe in themselves. I'm inspired when I see a person who is him or herself and excels at whatever it is he or she does. It doesn't necessarily need to be business, it could be in any field. I get inspired when I go to concerts and see the musicians on stage. Just thinking about all behind the scenes hard work that they put in, and seeing that materialize to performing on huge stage in front of thousands. The thought just blows me away every single time.  What really pumps me up is when I talk to other entrepreneurs and learn of their journey, or learn of some of their success stories.  It not only inspires me, but motivates me to want to do awesome things as well.

Q: Describe yourself.
A: I am an entrepreneur first and foremost.  My mind is constantly storming up ways to create more business, and ultimately make more money!  I am ultra competitive and always strive to win, no matter what the challenge is.  I enjoy meeting new people, and creating lasting relationships.  I love to constantly learn new things, not just in business but ALL things.  I enjoy meeting people from different walks of life.  I enjoy the finer things in life, such as traveling, hearing music at live venues, and experiencing all around fine living. Above all, I hope to one day be at a point where I can help other people, and truly make an impact in this world.  Life is for living, so I try to live life to the fullest!

Q: Interesting fact.
A: I am an eagle scout (Boy Scout), the statistic behind that is that only 1 in every 100 males are eagle scouts.  Its seems more like 1 in every 1,000,000.  I don't know any guys other than my 2 brothers that are eagle scouts.

Q: Something that most people don't know about you.
A: I'm a
huge fan of music, and probably would have a hard time functioning without it.  I love all types of music, as long it has good beats, good riddims, creative lyrics, just straight up good music.

Q: First J.O.B. (Just Over Broke)
A: My first "official" job was a paper boy for Sunpress Newspaper when I was about 11 years old.  I say "official" because I had a lot of "hustles" or odd end money making schemes going on, from selling Chupa Chups lolli pops, to selling lihing mui sour gummy worms, a tasty little treat thorough the playgrounds of Hawaii :) See my "resume".

Q: Hobbies.
A: Surfing, traveling, shooting hoops, business, the beach, collecting digital photos, bowling, music at live venues, hotel hopping, Hawaiian lifestyle, hanging out with friends, and spending time with family.

Q: Who/what are some of your influences?
A: Geez, there are so many.  I am influenced by everything I see all around me, by the music that I listen to, or even the tv shows that I watch.  There will be times where I'll be driving in my car, listening to the radio, and an idea will pop into my head because of what I was listening to.  That's when I look for the nearest pen and paper and jot that idea down.  I get a lot of those.  Investing in a pen and pad is a great idea, I have a set in my car, and right by my bed.  Sometimes I'll wake up in the middle of the night and write an idea down in the dark, I dreamed it.  Then in the morning try to read what it says :)

Q: What are your goals?

A: Help as many people as possible with the knowledge that I have.  Inspire and motivate others to be amazing human beings.  Marry the woman of my dreams, have kids way down the road.  Buy a house in Hawaii.  Become a millionaire by the age of 27.
